At Lems Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural foot-shaped footwear. If your shoes are in unworn, brand-new condition, you can return or exchange them within 45 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Ensure your shoes are clean, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the shoes inside the original shoe box, secure it in a shipping mailer, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
